Cyphostemma laza is a rare succulent native to Madagascar, specifically thriving in its northern and southern regions. Because of its limited range and environmental threats, itâs considered vulnerable and is a prized find for plant collectors.
Cyphostemma laza loves the sun but the trunk should be shaded to prevent sunburn. It thrives in well-drained soil and needs generous watering in the summer while kept dry in winter. Maintain temperatures above 13°C (55°F) for optimal growth and short periods can go as low as 12°C (53°F). The seedlings available are 1 year old and will appreciate a sunny spot.
This succulent is visually striking, resembling a small tree with its peeling pale trunk and vining growth. It can reach heights of up to 2 meters with prominent climbing stems. Its unique appearance and rarity make it a standout piece in any plant collection.
We offer free tracked worldwide shipping for all orders above $100. Just choose "Free Shipping"Â as the shipping form during checkout.
It is possible to order a phytosanitary certificate for your order. The cost is $20 per order, regardless of the quantity of the plants. You can choose to include one in the checkout when choosing the shipping method.
Issuing the certificate may delay the shipping by up to 2 weeks. We will inform you about the shipping via e-mail.
Please note all plants are shipped with neither the pot nor the soil to prevent any damage to the plants and to comply with worldwide import regulations regarding soil. We sometimes cut the leaves as well to ensure a safer transit for the plant.
