Our policy lasts 3 days from the day you receive your order. If 3 days have gone by since receiving your order and you didn’t contact us during this time, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It doesn’t need to be in the original packaging, however new packaging of the same quality that ensures the same level of safety for the items must be used, otherwise the refund will be rejected.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as Gift cards and Downloadable content.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

You need to contact us within 3 days after receiving your order if you wish to return/exchange your items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If a parcel containing live plants is available for delivery for more than 3 days and the customer does not reschedule the delivery or pick up the parcel within this timeframe, no refunds will be issued. This policy ensures the health and safety of our plants, as prolonged periods in shipping facilities can compromise their condition.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We will replace your items if you are not satisfied with them upon receiving. If you need to exchange them for the same items, send us an email at info@hojnysucculents.com within 3 days after receiving your order and send your item to: HOJNY Succulents s.r.o., Sochorova 1950, Dvur Kralove nad Labem, 54401, Czech Republic.

Special Shipping Terms for Australia

Due to strict Australian biosecurity regulations and the increased risk of parcels being delayed, seized, or destroyed by Australian customs, all shipments to Australia are sent entirely at the customer’s own risk.
HOJNY Succulents will not issue any refunds, replacements, or store credit for orders shipped to Australia that are lost, delayed, confiscated, or otherwise fail to reach the customer for any reason. By placing an order for delivery to Australia, you agree to accept full responsibility for the shipment once it leaves our facility.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: HOJNY Succulents s.r.o., Sochorova 1950, Dvur Kralove nad Labem, 54401, Czech Republic.

We will refund you the cost of shipping back if the price is equal to or less than the price of the shipping from our side. Just keep your receipt from the post office/courier. Upon receiving the returned items, you will receive a refund for the items purchased. Original shipping is non-refundable.

If you are shipping plants from outside of the EU, make sure to include a phytosanitary certificate, as without it, the plants won't be allowed entry.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If we do not receive the returned items, we will not be able to refund you your order.
