Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free worldwide trackable shipping is available for all orders above $100.

Please note that orders outside of Europe will include a $20 fee for issuing the phytosanitary certificate which will be added to the cost of the shipping.
How much is the shipping?
We offer FREE trackable worldwide shipping via regular mail for orders above $100. For orders below $100, it costs between $20-$30 depending on weight. Other shipping services (such as EMS) are available at extra cost.
When will my order ship?
Every order is shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation. Please note that issuing a phytosanitary certificate delays the shipping by up to two weeks. You will get notified once your order has been shipped.
What locations do you deliver to?
Everywhere! We ship worldwide, so you can enjoy your new plants wherever you live!
How long does the shipping take?
Standard shipping inside Europe 3-7 days.
Standard shipping outside Europe 8-12 days.
EMS shipping inside Europe 2-5 days.
EMS shipping outside Europe 5-9 days.

Where do you ship from?
We ship all our orders from our nursery located in the Czech Republic, Europe.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer Regular Priority Mail and EMS, both trackable services.
My plants arrived without leaves! Will they survive?
We cut the leaves prior to the shipping to ensure better safety for the plants. Don't worry, they will grow new leaves soon after potting and regular watering!
What if my order is confiscated by customs?
It is your obligation to find out whether the plants you purchase on our website are eligible to enter your country and which documents might be necessary to include. 

We do not taky any responsibility for plants confiscated by the customs. No refund is available under these circumstances.
Is the pot and the soil included in my order?
No. All plants are shipped bare-root with neither the soil nor the pot. The reason is that we want to ensure the safest shipment for the plants. Soil is not inluded to comply with international regulations regarding the shipment of soil.
Will my plants be labeled?
In case of ordering multiple plants, we will label them for you, no worries!
Do you ship in winter?
No. Unfortunately our climate doesn't allow for safe shipping between the months of December ‚Äď February, but it all comes to the current temperatures.

Sometimes it is possible to ship in March, sometimes it is still unsafe for the plants. It all depends on the current weather situation.
I didn't receive the exact plant from the picture.
That is very much possible. Our pictures are mostly just our own illustration pictures that resemble the approximate size and development of the plant you will receive.

The plants that have the "Same Plant" badge above their names will be the same as the ones you see in the pictures.

If you are not satisfied with the plant you received, you can send it back to us and we will send you a new one.
I received dead or damaged plants. What should I do?
Please contact us at info@hojnysucculents.com with attached pictures and we will work out a compensation together. Please note that some plants may look dry after the shipping, but they will soak water up quickly and will be alright in a matter of days after being potted and watered.
Can I see a picture of the same plant I will receive?
Depends on the plant. If you order a plant with the "Same Plant" label above it's name, you will receive the same plant you can see in the pictures.

If you buy any plant that is NOT labeled "Same Plant", we are not able to send you pictures of the exact plants as it would be too time consuming for all the orders. But rest assured, we will pick the nicest plants we have available.

And if you don't like them, just send them back for a refund or new plants. Return policy
How can I check the status of my order?
After we've shipped your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking number of your order. Once you have the number, we recommend using a service like 17track.net to check on the status of the shipment.

Payment

I've already made an order but I'd like to add more plants! What do I do?
Contact us via e-mail or Messenger and we'll help you out with merging your orders!
The "Free Shipping" option is not free! Why is that?
We pack the cost of the phytosanitary certificate into the cost of the shipping for orders outside of Europe.

That means the shipping is free but you still have to pay for the phyto, which costs $20 per order.
How can I use a promo code?
Simply enter your promo code in the "Promo Code" field during checkout and click the "Apply" button. Your discount will be applied immediately (if valid).
What if I encounter errors during check out?
If for whatever reason you are not able to go through with your order, go back to your cart and try again. If the problems continue, contact us.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes of course! There is a "Pay with PayPal" button at the bottom of your cart and also at the checkout.
How secure are your payments?
All our payments are 128-bit SSL encrypted. You don't need to worry about your credit card information with us.

Is it possible to get a phytosanitary certificate for my order?
Yes. For countries requiring the phytosanitary certificate, your shipping method already includes a phytosanitary certificate. The cost of issuing one is $20 per order (not per item).

Please note that issuing the phyto delays the shipping by up to two weeks.
Do you have gift certificates?
No. We currently don't have any gift certificates. But we plan to add this possibility in the future. Subscribe to our newsletter to get notified when we do.
