Upon purchase, you will receive a separate email with your gift voucher, which you can either print out or send to whoever you want to gift it to. It is not a physical item. The Gift Voucher is purely digital.

We offer free tracked worldwide shipping for all orders above $100. Just choose "Free Shipping" as the shipping form during checkout.
Phytosanitary Certificate
It is possible to order a phytosanitary certificate for your order. The cost is $20 per order, regardless of the quantity of the plants. You can choose to include one in the checkout when choosing the shipping method.
Issuing the certificate may delay the shipping by up to 2 weeks. We will inform you about the shipping via e-mail.
No Pot or Soil
Please note all plants are shipped with neither the pot nor the soil to prevent any damage to the plants and to comply with worldwide import regulations regarding soil. We sometimes cut the leaves as well to ensure a safer transit for the plant.
Quality Guarantee
Not satisfied with the plants your received? No worries! Send them back to us and we will refund you the cost of the plants and the cost of the return shipping! Or we can send you new plants, it's up to you.
