These terms apply to all gift vouchers (“Vouchers”) issued by HOJNY Succulents and used on our website hojnysucculents.com. By purchasing, receiving, or redeeming a Voucher, you agree to these terms.
1. General
- Vouchers are digital only. No physical item will be shipped. Purchasers may print the Voucher for personal use if desired.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed on hojnysucculents.com for eligible products.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Vouchers.
- Vouchers must be used in a single transaction. If the order total is less than the Voucher value, the difference will be forfeited.
- If the order total exceeds the Voucher value, the balance must be paid by another accepted payment method.
2. Validity & Expiration
- Vouchers do not expire, unless a specific expiration date is stated at the time of purchase or issuance.
- Any expiration date, if applicable, will be clearly stated on the Voucher.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
- Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.
- Purchases made using a Voucher are subject to our standard return rights, but refunds can only be issued as store credit (in the form of a new Voucher).
- If an order paid with a Voucher is cancelled by us (e.g. stock unavailable), the refunded amount will be issued as a new Voucher.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers cannot be replaced.
4. Redemption
- To redeem a Voucher, enter the unique code during checkout on hojnysucculents.com.
- Only one Voucher can generally be used per order, unless otherwise stated.
- Vouchers cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
5. Fraud & Misuse
- Vouchers remain the property of HOJNY Succulents.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Vouchers (without refund) if we suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.
6. Changes
- HOJNY Succulents reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time where necessary, without affecting your statutory rights.
