Hoya macrophylla variegata is a rare tropical vine originating in the lush rainforests of Southeast Asia, particularly Borneo. This plant naturally grows as an epiphyte on trees. Its rarity is due to its slow growth and special propagation needs, making it a prized find for collectors.
This plant thrives in bright, indirect light. Direct sunlight can scorch its leaves. Use well-draining soil and maintain consistent humidity to keep it happy. Water moderately, letting the soil dry out between waterings. Ideal temperatures are above 15° C (59° F), and it prefers not to stay too dry for long periods.
The large, thick leaves of Hoya macrophylla variegata feature stunning creamy-white to pink edges with deep green centers, sometimes turning red under bright light. Mature plants may surprise you with delicate clusters of pale pink or white star-shaped flowers. Its climbing habit and drought-tolerant but humidity-loving nature offer a unique twist for plant enthusiasts.
We offer free tracked worldwide shipping for all orders above $100. Just choose "Free Shipping"Â as the shipping form during checkout.
