Euphorbia neohumbertii, also known as the Little Palm Cactus, originates from the unique wilderness of northwestern Madagascar. The plant naturally thrives in rocky environments near Anivorano Nord and Tsingy de l'Ankarana. The rarity of this succulent is primarily due to its limited geographic range and habitat loss, making it a true treasure for collectors who value exotic botanical gems.
For a happy Euphorbia neohumbertii, stick to well-draining soil to avoid dreaded root rot. This plant prefers a dry environment, so avoid overwatering, particularly in cooler seasons. Full to partial sunlight best suits this succulent, and keeping it warm is ideal, with temperatures consistently above 10° C (50° F). Protect it from frost to keep it thriving.
Euphorbia neohumbertii is a real eye-catcher with its nearly cylindrical stems marked by four spiral ribs. These striking features allow it to grow up to 3 feet tall. The plant sports large oval leaves that drop during winter, leaving noticeable scars. Come spring and summer, it boasts vibrant red and yellow flowers that light up any space, offering dramatic seasonal changes appreciated by succulent enthusiasts.
We offer free tracked worldwide shipping for all orders above $100. Just choose "Free Shipping"Â as the shipping form during checkout.
It is possible to order a phytosanitary certificate for your order. The cost is $20 per order, regardless of the quantity of the plants. You can choose to include one in the checkout when choosing the shipping method.
Issuing the certificate may delay the shipping by up to 2 weeks. We will inform you about the shipping via e-mail.
Please note all plants are shipped with neither the pot nor the soil to prevent any damage to the plants and to comply with worldwide import regulations regarding soil. We sometimes cut the leaves as well to ensure a safer transit for the plant.
