Adenium dhofarense thrives in full sunlight and loves warmth, preferring temperatures that are consistently above 24° C (75° F) during its growth season. Use a well-draining medium like pumice or coco coir mixed with pumice to avoid root rot. During the winter months, the plant goes dormant and needs dry conditions, with temperatures maintained above 15° C (59° F). During this time, it requires no watering, so let it rest till the growth cycle kicks back in.
